We have nothing from Sister White's pen concerning the number of periods which shall be devoted each week to a chapel exercise, or to just what this exercise shall consist of. From the beginning of our educational work it has been plant to hold chapel exercises either three or five times each week. I am sorry to see the custom coming in of laying aside the chapel period. I believe there are things which can be brought before our students at these periods of general gathering of our students. I am sorry we cannot give you something more definite on this, but, of course, we can give you only that which we have. (Arthur L. White)
