You ask about the "Medical Evangelistic Library." These were six leaflets published in Loma Linda by Elder Burden. Much of the material that appeared in these has been paralleled or reprinted in 'Medical Ministry' and 'The Story of Our Health Message'. Copies of these six leaflets may be found in the historical section of the Loma Linda library.
